WebsiteToPrompt is a tool that analyses publicly available websites and generates structured AI build prompts. The Service does not copy, store, or redistribute website source code, assets, or copyrighted content. Prompts describe design patterns, layout structures, and UX flows in natural language.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • Not use generated prompts to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Not use automated systems or bots to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.
  • Ensure that any website you submit is publicly accessible and that you have the right to analyse it.

4. Intellectual Property

The prompts generated by the Service are provided for your personal or commercial use. WebsiteToPrompt does not claim ownership of the prompts you generate. However, the Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of WebsiteToPrompt.

5. Payments and Refunds

Purchases are processed securely through our payment provider. Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of your prompt, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that prompts will produce specific results when used with third-party AI tools. Output quality depends on the AI tool used and how the prompt is applied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebsiteToPrompt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
